He found, by accident, that adding this line into a post purchase email really helped to start selling higher priced service oriented offers.
“P.S Feel free to reply to this email so we can discuss your project in detail.”
I’d have to think that the respondent A) appreciates the personal offer of service and B) has let their guard down relating to a sales pitch.
If you wanted to use someone else’s product offer as the front-end to your service offer, this could be something to try.
