Akamai netsession malware?

Dont look it. This thing pooped up for me at random. Searched it and found the site http://www.nojokeit.com/2011/11/windows-firewall-blocked.html In my case I think it got installed cause of Netflix which I subscribe to and for the first time Windows Firewall popped up asking to allow netsession_win.exe to connect or not.
