Customer Support

First, we do not offer technical/installation support for any scripts that are supplied.  You are free to ask questions (see above).

We are NOT available 24-hours per day, but will do our best to answer your questions in a reasonable manner.  Normal business hours are from 9AM-4PM, M-F MST.  If you receive an answer outside those times, consider yourself blessed.

Refund Policy

Gary Halbert once wrote that 95% of refunds are requested by people who decided they’d refund, consciously or not, before the purchase was made.

In my experience, what he said is true.  So I offer a refund for those 5% who legitimately need something else, or thought this membership was something other than what it is.

As for the other 95%, 95% of those are transparent in their intentions – they all act in the same manner when requesting a refund – they all drop tells.

I leave this page open for public viewing because I want to be square with you up front.  I do not believe the customer is always right – I do believe this is a relationship and we both play a role in its success.

If you’re a cheat, I’d prefer to deter you from ever entering our community.  If you’re hard-working and honest, then we welcome you with open arms.

A 30-day refund policy is being offered.  The spirit of the offer is this: if what I teach does not help you to make money, then by all means ask for a refund.  I have done my best and I’m sorry I cannot help you.

If you simply sit on your ass, do nothing with the material and need some extra cash to pay your rent – we’ll refund you, but you’re an idiot and I ask you never buy anything from me again.

In the event of a refund, we will issue the refund at our soonest convenience.

It should be expected that AFTER the refund is issued it will require up to 7-days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

All refunds will be issued within 7-days of request, unless there is any legal consideration regarding fraud.  Fraud would include legitimate piracy suspicions.  If you have purchased using your own affiliate link, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note: if you are refunded you will lose access to the membership and your license for all software will be revoked/locked immediately.

We are happy to refund anyone who legitimately does not feel they have gained value from this offer.

Apostle Upgrade Refund

The refund DOES NOT apply to the Apostle Membership Upgrade.  You can only refund the upgrade during your first payment period.  Beyond the first payment period, you can cancel at any time but no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
